What awaits you:

• monitoring, guidance, education and support of wellness employees in the performance of assigned tasks
• practical mastery of the duties of a receptionist and wellness operator - client care (welcoming and checking in incoming guests, offering services, preparing drinks and refreshments)
• providing the necessary information about the services and operation of the wellness center
• interesting and varied work in shift work (12-hour work schedule, short/long week)
• administrative tasks (handling e-mails, telephones, booking massages, etc.) 

 

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• you are communicative,
• you enjoy working with people and a satisfied client is your priority
• ou are polite, kind and empathetic
• you are fluent in English both orally and in writing
• you can work on a PC at a user level
• you are comfortable with following the established processes regarding the operation of the reception
• you are able to solve unexpected situations during the shift
• responsibility, reliability and independence are your strengths
• previous experience in communication with clients is an advantage
