For which cases of cancellation of your stay will you be insured?

How much does it cost?

The STANDARD insurance option is available in the reservation system. The insurance price is 5% of the price of accommodation services. You will receive the insurance contract immediately after successful payment for your stay.

Insured event?

In case of an insured event, you will communicate directly with the ERV insurance company, with which you will have an insurance contract. In the event of a sudden illness that will require you to cancel your stay, you will need to provide a medical report. In other cases, you will also need to prove that there are reasons for canceling your stay. In case of an insured event, a 10% deductible applies in the event of hospitalization or death of the client, and 20% deductible applies in all other cases.
