New at our wellness centre: Red light Therapy

We are expanding our wellness offering with red and near-infrared light therapy, which supports the body’s natural regenerative processes, helps relieve muscle tension, and contributes to skin revitalisation.

We have placed the light therapy directly in the room with the hydromassage bed, allowing both treatments to complement each other naturally. The therapy is therefore currently included in a selected stay package, and guests can enjoy it immediately after their hydromassage session.

For the best possible effect, we recommend undergoing the therapy without clothing, so that the light can act directly on the skin. Protective goggles are available to borrow at the wellness reception.
