Daily cleaning in the wellness centre

We are looking for a new colleague to join the team of the new wellness centre of Hotel Atlantis. We require a positive attitude to cleaning, punctuality, diligence, a sense of order, and thoroughness. The job involves keeping the area clean and tidy throughout the day. It is mainly about wiping the wet floors, disinfecting the lockers, etc.

Employment relationship: HPP

We are looking for a candidate for the position of receptionist with a possible career ladder.

What to expect:

  • your priority will be taking care of guests (welcoming and checking them in and out, offering services)
  • you will provide guests with the necessary information about the service and operation of the Atlantis Hotel and the wellness centre
  • interesting and varied working hours (12-hour shifts, short/long week, night shifts)
  • administrative tasks are also an integral part of the job (managing emails, phone calls, booking accommodations, etc.)

You have the following knowledge and skills:

  • you are communicative, you enjoy working with people and your priority is the client
  • you are polite, kind, and sympathetic
  • you are fluent in spoken and written English
  • you can work with a PC
  • you are comfortable with following the established processes regarding the running of the reception desk
  • you are able to solve unexpected situations during your work shifts
  • your strong qualities are responsibility, reliability, and independence

  • monitoring, directing, training, and support of wellness staff in the performance of their assigned tasks
  • practical management of the job description of receptionist and wellness attendant – guest care (welcoming and checking incoming guests, service offer, beverage and refreshment preparation)
  • you will provide necessary information about services and running of the wellness centre
  • interesting and varied working hours (12-hour shifts, short/long week, night shifts)
  • administrative tasks (managing emails, phone calls, booking accommodations, etc.)

About us:

Become a part of our beautiful hotel resort with a unique atmosphere. We are looking for a candidate for the position of JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT:

What to expect:

  • processing daily sales
  • checking and posting received invoices
  • processing bank statements and matching payments
  • management of the main cash register
  • transferring invoices issued into the accounting software and posting them
  • matching payments to invoices issued
  • other tasks depending on the instruction of the chief accountant

You have the following knowledge and skills:

  • economic certificate, also suitable for graduates
  • minimum 1-year experience in the field of accounting
  • advantage of the knowledge of working with accounting software POHODA
  • PC user skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • willingness to learn new things
  • friendliness and an ability to work in a team
  • active approach to the work, independent thinking
